This is a slide show presented to raise awareness of startling statistics. We have presented this when talking about RHRN to show how widespread these types of crisis are. Because we are showing a very dark side of many teen's lives, some of the images may be triggering to some dealing with issues such as self-injury and eating disorders. We hope that this can explain the prevalence of some of the most painful issues teens are facing today.

Statistics
- Over 51% of 8th grade students have tried alcohol.
- Over 80% of 12th grade students have tried alcohol.
- In the last 30 days, 50% of teens have reported to have been drinking; 32% being drunk at least once
- 30% of teens with depression also develop a substance abuse addiction
- In the past 30 days, nearly 20% of high school students have used marijuana, and 34.3% in the past year
- Over 5% of high school students have used cocaine
- Up to 24 million people in the United States have an eating disorder
